FOUNDER
David Perez
health treatments accessible to all and empowering individuals to lead healthier, more vibrant lives. Inspired by his decade-long journey researching global medical treatments for his son's unique health challenges, David established Lumati in 2022, combining cutting-edge science with compassionate care.
Through the Foundation, David aims to impact one billion lives, revolutionizing the future of healing and wellness by offering innovative solutions that enhance health and longevity for generations to come.
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Michelle W. Kasteler
Michelle is an attorney who traded traditional law for something with more purpose. After years in estate planning and contract law, she found her way to health and wellness — and never looked back.
She brings legal precision, a deep commitment to community, and a particular passion for expanding access to care for women and underserved communities. Outside of work, she's driven by the two sons who remind her daily why the mission matters.

Board of Directors

Austin Singleton
Austin is the co-founder and former CEO of OneWater Marine (NASDAQ: ONEW), which he built from a single dealership into one of the largest marine retailers in the United States. An entrepreneur and investor, he joined the Lumati Foundation's board to help put the most advanced care within reach of the people who need it most.

Taylor Adams
Taylor is an investor and entrepreneur with a gift for helping the next generation of leaders build something that matters. Working from a fifth-generation family-business background, he has spent his career combining investment strategy with genuine philanthropic impact — and bringing others along with him.

Dr. Lyda Lindell
Dr. Lyda is a fellowship-trained regenerative medicine specialist and a pioneer in personal health optimization. Board certified in anti-aging and regenerative medicine, she has built her practice around identifying the root causes of illness rather than simply treating symptoms. She is recognized for her patient-centered approach, innovative therapies, and commitment to advancing long-term health and wellness, and brings that same vision to her work with the Foundation.
