Taylor Adams
Taylor is an investment entrepreneur and growth magnifier who has a gift for helping Next Generation Leaders discover meaning and purpose through social entrepreneurship and investing. He started down the path of genuine impact early in his career and created complementary roles for himself to understand the complete business and philanthropic ecosystem. He discovered a passion for combining entrepreneurship with investment and philanthropic strategies while working within his family office as a 5th generation family member. He founded a venture capital firm and a foundation that incubates non-profit initiatives. Taylor combined his hands-on experience and fifth-generation legacy business experience to create education and coaching programs that nurture Next Generation Leadership Capital, helping them navigate a path to self-actualization and multi-generational success. Always an entrepreneurial dreamer, Taylor learned early on how to harness his vision to create value for others. He began his career working within his family office in Southern California. After building a strong foundation in alternative investments, Taylor identified a significant opportunity to incorporate early-stage venture capital into the family office’s overall investment strategy, expanding that practice into a standalone venture firm. In parallel with his investment career, Taylor pioneered a new approach to philanthropy, empowering for-profit startups to develop their own philanthropic strategies. Today, Taylor collaborates with Next Generation Leaders, applying his hands-on experience and fifth-generation legacy business training to help them establish their place in the modern world. This allows him to champion innovative solutions and capital structures that leverage the combined power of Human Capital, Investment Capital, and Philanthropic Capital—The Tri-Capital Approach.
